Rex began his Real Estate Career in 1990 in the Pacific Northwest, and started doing Commercial Real Estate in Arizona in 2002; specializing in the communities of Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley and Dewey/Humboldt/Mayer region of north-central Arizona.

In 2004 Rex earned a CCSS designation in Commercial Real Estate from the Commercial Real Estate Institute.  Rex’s other real estate and appraisal designations includes an Oregon Registered Appraiser / Analysis 3 Certificate and a Certificate in Real Estate from the State of Washington.

Rex has a Real Estate degree along with Vocational College Certificates in Real Estate, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Loan officer, Real Estate Mortgage Banking, Real Estate Investment & Commercial sales and Real Estate General Appraisal.   

Rex has completed the Institute of Business Appraisers Certified Business Appraiser course and is a qualified Business Appraiser under IRS Rule 2006/164.

Besides his real estate brokers license in Arizona, Rex has a real estate broker’s license in the state of Wyoming and was a licensed broker in Colorado.

Rex has experience with transactions in all facets of commercial real estate with his focus on providing the best real estate services that can be provided.

In other aspects of residential and commercial real estate, Rex has been involved in developing energy efficient building systems and has been granted ten design patents, five design trademarks and two service marks from the United States Patent and Trademark Office for patented and trademarked designs for building structurally insulated building systems along with several copyrighted documents on file with the United States Library of Congress in Washington DC.
